Once it is installed - if you do not see the App Store - change your country to New Zealand to see the app store.

The App store was not showing up yet when I was set to the US.  You can change the country at the bottom of the main page on iTunes.

PS - YES!!! I know I messed up on the Caps Lock - it was there in 1.1.4


UPDATE 1:  From Chris in NY - for access from the US Store.

Go to preferences in iTunes on general tab make sure Applications is ticked. Then in itunes select Applications on the left. Then bottom right select get more appliations and you will see US AppStore.
