Do you know of a iPhone screen recorder app that I can use so that I can record my gameplay of apps? if you do that would be awesome!

HI AB,
You would need to jailbreak to do that.
Then you can get a couple of different apps to record the screen play,
You need to get Backgrounder and Screensplitr from Cydia and DemoGod on the Mac.
Then you can mirror what is on your iPhone on your computer and record it.
