After finding my iPhone 6 in the dishwater while helping my wife with Thanksgiving dinner, I bought an iPhone SE (128 gb).I know that Squaretrade used to be on of your sponsors. Do you still think it is a better deal than Applecare?

Hi Rob,
So, I picked up my 2 iPhone Xs from Best Buy today. I called and asked for price matching last week. No go. But they did give me a $200 ($100 for each phone) discount when I asked at the counter. Though they ran me through the grinder on the price, they came through in the end and saved me as a customer.

Good evening Rob! I have been a long time listener of your pod cast, starting with the very first episode! (:
Just want to convey to you my experiance in purchasing the iPhone X this past Friday. I got up at 2:45 a.m. (after setting the alarm on my 6S plus, and on my bedroom Echo) and promptly got up and went downstairs to my den, opened my iPhone (that I had set up to order the Jet Black iPhone X 256 MB with At&t as my carrier, and got the screen 'We have something special in store for you!' I worked continuously through the next hour trying to get it to send to the online Apple Store, not only on my iPhone, but also on my MacBook Pro. At 4 a.m I was frustrated enough to try something else, which was to go to the At&t website which quickly and effortlessly processed my order! I am in rural southern Ohio, and wonder if anyone else had this problem?
Thanks for all the information you provide all of us with, Rob, and keep up the good work!

Rob, I wrote you this morning proud of my Best Buy purchase and delivery on release date. Now, the shame: Best Buy is charging $100 over market/retail price. That's right, though you probably already know this, Best Buy is charging $1.249 for a 256 GB iPhone X and $1,099 for a 64 GB iPhone, both $100 over the Apple and other retailers ethical pricing. I totally missed this price change in my rush to order and avoid a delay in shipping due to inventories.

Per Bloomberg, a spokesman for Best Buy said this, “Our prices reflect the fact that no matter a customer’s desired plan or carrier, or whether a customer is on a business or personal plan, they are able to get a phone the way they want at Best Buy,” Danielle Schumann, a company spokeswoman, said in an email. “Our customers have told us they want this flexibility and sometimes that has a cost.”

My thoughts are unbefitting your family-friends show. Extreme anger is an understatement. Thanks for listening and all that you do.

Hi Rob, I am an AT&T customer but was hoping to get a Verizon iPhone so it covered all bands in case we sell it or change carriers. With Apple, you can only order a Verizon phone if you have a Verizon phone number. To be sure the got a phone ASAP, my wife was on the Apple web site and I was on the Best Buy site. Best Buy came up before Apple. We now have 2 Verizon iPhone X's, space grey, 256 GB due to arrive at Best Buy for pickup on Nov 3. Because I don't trust Best Buy, we also have 2 AT&T models coming from Apple between Nov 17 and 24th. If Best Buy comes through, we will cancel the Apple order or refuse delivery. Best Buy has horrible return policies, restock fees, etc. But it looks like they will get the phones to us sooner than Apple, and the version we wanted. I will stick with Best Buy for now.
When the iPhone 7s came out, Best Buy had almost no lines and a good selection. Our local Apple store had a line of about 50 people.
