Tell Tii - How to Fix location services if they are not working after upgrading to iOS5

Hello Rob,

I had the Issue where After upgrading to IOS 5 my location services would not work. 

the Fix is to Goto settings, then restrictions, enter your chosen password, and turn on location service option.

Why:  Before upgrading, you had the Find My IPhone restricted, so if someone finds your phone they can not turn it off.
